All ticket sales are final. Exceptions apply only where required by law or payment-network rules.
Host responsibility
Independent hosts control their events and are responsible for cancellations, material changes, admission decisions, approved refunds, disputes, and attendee communications.
Cancelled events
If a host cancels an event, contact the host and Pullup promptly. Pullup may help process a host-authorized refund but does not fund refunds owed by a host.
Service fees
Service fees compensate Pullup for marketplace and payment services and are non-refundable unless required by law or payment-network rules.
