Who can use Pullup?
Pullup is intended for adults 18 and older. Hosts are responsible for checking identification and enforcing event restrictions.
When do I receive the address?
For private events, the host chooses a reveal time. The address appears only for entitled ticket holders after that time.
How do refunds work?
Sales are generally final, subject to applicable law and payment-network rules. Event cancellations and approved refunds are primarily the host’s responsibility.
How do hosts join?
Host accounts are invitation-only. Prospective hosts can request access and are reviewed before receiving a one-time invitation.
